Who receives your data
- Payment providers (BLIK, card acquirers, Apple Pay, Google Pay) for processing payments; they are separate controllers of payment data.
- The Fast Track sales system operated by 4DT for the Airport (fasttrack.4dt.pl), and the parking system operator, as processors acting on our instructions.
- Airlines and the ground handling company, only to the extent needed to provide PRM assistance or handle your flight.
- IT, hosting and e-mail providers in the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data outside the EEA, we rely on European Commission standard contractual clauses.
- Public authorities where the law requires it (Border Guard, Police, Civil Aviation Authority).
We do not sell your data and we do not make automated decisions with legal effects about you.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data and get a copy, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to object to processing based on legitimate interest, and to data portability for data you provided under a contract or consent. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing before withdrawal.
To exercise your rights, contact the DPO. We reply within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, uodo.gov.pl (opens in a new window)), or with the authority in your own EU country.
Giving your data is voluntary, but without an e-mail address we cannot send you a Fast Track code or parking confirmation, and without health information we cannot organise PRM assistance.
Cookies
This website uses cookies and similar technologies in three categories:
- Essential (always on)
- Needed for the site to work: your language, contrast and text size settings, your cookie choice, the security of forms and payments. They do not track you and cannot be switched off.
- Statistics
- Help us understand how the site is used (pages viewed, searches on the flight board) so we can improve it. Data is aggregated. Set only with your consent.
- Marketing
- Allow us and advertising partners to measure campaigns and show relevant offers (for example parking discounts) on other websites. Set only with your consent.
When you first visit, a banner offers "Accept all" and "Reject optional" with equal prominence, plus "Settings" for each category. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time: use the "Cookie settings" button in the footer of every page, which opens the same banner. You can also delete cookies in your browser.
